TNT Communications is established in 1996, which means TNT Communications group of companies has been in business for 27 years as of 2023. A system integrator that specialize in several areas of technology, including hardware, network, surveillance and security, ecommerce and support outsourcing services. The company group generated 33 million per year. The parent company created the subsidiary to expand its offerings and reach a broader customer base or to focus on a specific market segment within the technology industry.
BYDS Consulting is a new subsidiary to provide a different range of products and services than the parent company offers. In this case, the new subsidiary is created to provide various technology-based solutions to its customer which includes IT consulting services, security assessment, system development, provide emerging technologies such as RPA, BI Dashboard, Smart System and other technology-related services. These specific services offered by BYDS Consulting may depend on the needs and requirements of its clients.
